Nights, weekends and through a monsoon storm. You get a person who can tell you what to do in the next ten minutes, not a message service that passes it on in the morning.

What You Can Do Now

Move what you can out from under it, put a bucket down, and if a ceiling is bulging, pierce it at the low point so the water drains in one place instead of bringing the whole thing down. Then leave the roof alone until we get there.

Emergency Response

Stop the damage tonight, repair the roof properly tomorrow

An emergency call out and a roof repair are two different jobs, and anyone who tells you otherwise is doing one of them badly. In the dark, in the wind, on a wet roof, nobody is laying a repair that will still be there next year. What can be done, and what matters at two in the morning, is finding where the water is getting in and stopping it: sealing the entry point, covering the area properly, clearing what is blocking the drains, and getting the water out of the building.

The permanent repair happens on a dry roof in daylight, when we can see the whole picture: what failed, how far the water has traveled under the surface, and what else is about to do the same thing. You get photographs of both visits, so you know what was done in the emergency and what was done to fix it, which is also exactly what an insurer will ask for.

Photographed at every stage

Both visits are documented, so you have a record of the damage and the repair if there is a claim in it.

How It Works

What happens when you call

Three steps from the phone call to a roof that is no longer letting water in.

01

You call, we answer

Any hour. We work out what is happening from what you can see, and tell you what to do while we are on the way.

02

We make it safe

We find the entry point, stop the water getting in and protect what is underneath, then photograph all of it.

03

We repair it properly

The permanent repair goes in on a dry roof in daylight, with a fixed written price before we start.

Why Circle G Roofing

Scottsdale roofers who actually answer at night

Almost every emergency roof call in the Valley lands in the same few weeks of the year, when a monsoon cell goes through and takes the weakest part of a few hundred roofs with it. That is exactly when the big outfits stop answering and the storm chasers start knocking. We are a family run company an hour or less from most of the Valley, so the phone gets answered by someone who can actually come out.

The Gordons cover Scottsdale, AZ and the wider Maricopa County valley, including Cave Creek, Carefree, New River, Paradise Valley, Sun City, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Tempe. Tile, shingle, foam, flat and coated roofs, residential and commercial, which means whatever is on your roof we can make it safe tonight.

Photos from the first visit

We photograph the damage and the entry point before we touch anything, so you can see exactly what happened up there.

What is included

Trusted on Scottsdale roofs when it is going wrong at midnight

We will not use an emergency to sell you a roof. We stop the water, show you the photos, and quote the repair that is actually needed once everything is dry.

The Call Out

What we do when we get there

The first visit is about the building, not the roof. Here is what happens when a Circle G Roofing crew arrives on an emergency call.

Step 01

Find the entry point

We work back from where the water is showing to where it is actually getting in, because they are rarely the same place.

Step 02

Stop the water

The entry point is sealed or covered and the area protected, so the building stops taking damage tonight.

Step 03

Clear and check

Blocked drains and scuppers are cleared and the rest of the roof is checked for anything about to do the same thing.

Step 04

Photograph and quote

Everything is photographed and you get a written fixed price for the permanent repair before any more work happens.

When to call us tonight rather than tomorrow

Not every leak is an emergency, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than charge you for a night visit you did not need.

If any of these are happening, call now. If none of them are, call in the morning and we will get you booked in properly.

How quickly can you get here?

Same day for an active leak wherever we can get to you, and we are based in the Valley rather than dispatching from out of state. During a monsoon storm several hundred roofs fail at once across Phoenix, so we triage: water coming into a building and anything near electrics goes first.

Yes. You get a person, not a message service that passes it on the next morning. Sometimes the right answer is advice over the phone and a booking for daylight, and we will tell you that honestly rather than send a truck you do not need.

Move what you can out from under it and put something down to catch the water. If a ceiling is bulging, pierce it at the lowest point so it drains in one spot rather than collapsing. Keep away from anything electrical that is wet. Do not go up on the roof in the dark or in wind, which is how most roof injuries happen.

We make it safe there and then, and repair it properly once the roof is dry and we can see in daylight. Nobody lays a lasting repair on a wet roof in the dark. Anyone who tells you they have just done that has covered it over and left you to find out in the next storm.

Emergency mitigation work is usually covered when the damage came from a storm, because policies expect you to stop further damage. Wear and age are not. We photograph and date everything on both visits, which is what an insurer asks for, and we will tell you straight if we do not think there is a claim in it.

It depends on the hour, what has to be done to make the roof safe and how far out you are. What we will not do is quote you a repair price in the dark. The call out gets you the water stopped and a written fixed price for the permanent repair, which you are free to take or leave.
