Your tenants should never know the roof was done. Circle G Roofing works flat and low-slope roofs on Scottsdale stores, offices, warehouses, and multi-unit buildings with spray foam systems, silicone and polyurea coatings, and leak repair around HVAC curbs and scuppers, all applied from above in staged sections so nothing is left open and the building stays trading. Early starts and weekends are normal. A free roof survey comes with a written condition report you can budget from, and every system carries a five year warranty. Property managers can reach us direct at (602) 791-6415.

Commercial roofing for buildings across Scottsdale and the wider Valley, done by the same family run crew, scheduled around the hours you trade.
On a big flat roof the surface temperature drives the cooling bill. A reflective coated roof sends the sun back instead of storing it, which takes real load off rooftop units that already work hard in July.
An inspection on a schedule, with photos and a written condition report, turns a roof from an emergency waiting to happen into a line on a budget you can plan around.

What makes commercial work different is not the roof, it is everything under it. Stock, tenants, customers, servers, a kitchen that has to open at six. So we build the job around that: coating systems that let the building stay open, work staged in sections so no area is ever left uncovered, early starts and weekend work where a trading floor needs it, and equipment sited so your parking and access still function.
The roofs themselves are the ones we know best. Flat and low slope, decks covered in HVAC curbs, ducting, solar mounts and drains, every one of them a penetration and every penetration a place a leak starts. Foam and coatings suit them because they go on over what is already there, seal around all that clutter as one continuous surface, and can be renewed on a cycle instead of replaced.
Every coating and foam system we apply is backed by a five year warranty, so the work is covered long after our crew has packed up.
Three steps from the first phone call to a finished roof, with the price and the schedule agreed in writing before we start.
We walk the roof, photograph the surface, the drains, the flashing and every curb, and give you a condition report whether or not you need work.
The system, the prep work, the schedule and the warranty spelled out in writing before anything starts.
Our own crew does the work around your hours, keeps the site tidy and walks the finished roof with you.
Most commercial roof failures we are called to are not the field of the roof at all. They are a scupper nobody cleared, a curb flashing that was caulked instead of formed, or a coating sprayed over a surface that was still damp. All of it avoidable, all of it cheaper to catch on an inspection than to find out about through a ceiling tile.
The Gordons work on commercial and residential roofs in Scottsdale, AZ and across the wider Maricopa County valley, from Phoenix to Cave Creek, including Avondale and Casa Grande. You get the same crew each time, photos of what was actually found, and a fixed written price rather than a variation on the invoice.
We check the surface, the seams, the drains and every curb and penetration, then walk you through what we actually found up there.
The inspection and the written quote cost you nothing, work or no work.
We do not push you into a new roof. If a repair or a recoat will hold, we will say so, and either way you get the reasoning, the photos and the number in writing.
Emergency leak response across Scottsdale and the Valley.
The building keeps working while we do. Here is how a Circle G Roofing commercial job runs, from the survey to the finished roof.
We walk the whole roof, photograph the surface, the drains, the flashing and every curb, and put the findings in writing.
The roof is power washed, wet or failed areas are cut out and rebuilt, and the drains are cleared so water leaves the roof.
Scuppers, parapet flashing, ducting and every HVAC curb are sealed and reinforced before the field of the roof is coated.
The system goes on in stages so no area is left open, then you get the photos, the warranty and a date for the next inspection.

BBB accredited, and Angie’s List Super Service Award in 2013 and 2014. Free inspection either way, work or no work.
On a big flat roof the warnings almost never appear where the water gets in. They show up on a ceiling tile, in a stockroom, or as a puddle that never quite dries.
If any of these sound like your building, get someone on the roof before the next monsoon finds the weak spot. Caught early it is usually a repair, not a replacement.
These are the questions building owners and property managers ask us most, and the answers we give standing on the roof. If yours is not here, ask us at the survey.
Almost never. Foam and coating systems go on over the existing roof from above, in stages, so the deck is never opened up and no area is left uncovered overnight. Tenants and customers carry on underneath. The exceptions are areas directly under active spray work, which we schedule with you in advance rather than spring on you.
On most Valley buildings it is spray foam with a coating over it, or a coating on its own where the roof beneath is still sound. Foam adds insulation and seals around all the rooftop clutter as one surface. The coating over it takes the UV and gets renewed on a cycle. Polyurea comes in where a deck moves or carries heavy foot traffic. We survey first and quote the one your roof needs.
Yes, and on a lot of jobs it is the only way it works. Early starts, weekends and staged sections are normal for us. Tell us when the building is busiest and the schedule gets built backwards from that, in writing, with the quote.
Those are the roofs we see most. Every curb, duct, conduit and solar mount is a penetration, and penetrations are where commercial roofs leak. Foam and coating systems seal around them as one continuous surface instead of relying on dozens of separate flashings, which is exactly why they suit a cluttered deck.
Twice a year is the honest answer in Arizona: once before monsoon season and once after. At minimum, once a year and after any serious storm. Most of what we find on those visits is a blocked scupper or a lifting seam, which costs very little to put right and a great deal to ignore.
It depends on the square footage, the system the roof needs, how much prep and repair comes first, how much rooftop equipment has to be worked around and what access is like. We will not put a number on it over the phone from a guess. We survey the roof, photograph what is actually there and give you a fixed price in writing. The survey and the quote cost you nothing, work or no work.
