Jimmy and team honored their guarantee and came over quickly to fix the leak, even though it was not their work that caused the issue. Great trust with this company.

The team at Circle G Roofing were great to work with. They arrived on time, communicated well, and priced their work very competitively. How much does a flat roof inspection cost?

Nothing. The inspection and the written quote are free, whether you hire us or not.

Do you handle emergency flat roof leaks?

Can my foam roof be repaired, or does it need replacing?

Most foam roofs can be repaired. We cut out the blistered and water-soaked areas, rebuild them with new foam and seal the roof with a fresh coating. If the foam is still sound, a recoat may be all it needs. After the inspection we tell you which, with photos.

How often does a foam roof need a recoat?

Usually every 10 to 15 years. The coating takes the Arizona sun so the foam underneath does not have to. Once it wears thin or chalky, a recoat keeps the foam protected and the roof keeps going without a tear-off.
